The summer bowling leagues continue to come to an end as fall leagues start up.

The ABC Monday Night League's summer season

came to a close the same week the Thursday Morning Coffee League began the fall season.

ABC MONDAY NIGHT LEAGUE

The Andalusia Body Shop team completed the season atop the standings with 72 points.

The Covington Casket Company team finished in second with 66 points followed by The Attitudes with 60 points. This N That finished in fourth place with 58 points.

Bob Cook was the top bowler during the final week of the season with four high scores. He had a 229 scratch game, 602 scratch series, 224 handicap game and 683 handicap series for top honors.

Bob Cook also had one of the top scores for the season with a 683 handicap series. Buddy Jay had two of the best scores of the season with a 253 scratch game and 276 handicap game. Toby Freeman had the best scratch series of the season with a 650.

Ruth Cook had two top scores last week with a 506 scratch series and a 590 handicap series. Melody Gunter had the best scratch game score of the week among the women with a 193. Dot Zaenger had the best handicap game score of the week with a 224.

Melody Gunter had two of the best scores for the season with a 235 scratch game and 587 scratch series. Vicki Gaston had the best handicap game score of the season among the women with a 281. She also had the best handicap series score with a 688.

THURSDAY NIGHT MIXED LEAGUE

Two weeks of bowling remain with Here Goes Nothing atop the standings with 72 points. The Pretenders are in second place with 64 points followed by the Always One team with 59 points.

Benton Persons had two top scores among the men last week with a 225 scratch game and 253 handicap game. Bobby Davis had the best scratch series among the men with a 575. Cody Stinson had the best handicap series with a 652 score.

Sherry Freeman had three top scores among the women bowlers last week. She had a 186 scratch game, 510 scratch series and 642 handicap series for top honors. Charlotte Maughon had the best handicap game score with a 245.

THURSDAY MORNING COFFEE LEAGUE

The Unbalanced team started the fall season with a strong performance to claim first place in the standings. The Unbalanced team earned eight points to begin the season in first. The Hit & Miss team is in second with six points followed by the Monroe Ladies in third place with five points.

Last week's top scores were bowled by Butch Lints and Bonnie Davis.

Lints had the top scores among the men with a 169 scratch game and 464 scratch series. Davis had the top scores among the women with a 200 scratch game and 561 scratch series.
