Bowling league results released

Bowling action continues as the fall leagues become even more competitive.

MONDAY NIGHT BUSINESS LEAGUE

The Covington Casket Company team is in first place with The Outlaws in second.

Toby Freeman had the top scores last week with a 263 scratch game and a 682 scratch series.

Vicki Gaston had the top scores among the women with a 209 scratch game and a 524 scratch series.

SENIOR MIXED LEAGUE

The Old Birds are in first place after two weeks of the 32-week season. The Bowling Fools and the BMB team are tied for second.

Buddy Jay had two top scores for the week with a 222 scratch game and a 580 scratch series. Bill Sheldon had a 242 handicap game for top honors. Joe Holley had the best handicap series with a 624.

Mary Jordan had two top scores with a 180 scratch game and a 513 scratch series. Merle Little had a 253 handicap game. Glenda Thornton had the best handicap series with a 660.

THURSDAY MORNING COFFEE LEAGUE

The Monroe Ladies are in first place with The Positive Bowlers.

Butch Lints had the top scores among the men last week with a 205 scratch game and a 573 scratch series.

Bonnie Dove had the top scores among the women with a 188 scratch game and 539 scratch series.

THURSDAY NIGHT MIXED LEAGUE

The Team Number 8 squad is in first place with 14 points. Team Number 11 is tied with MIA for second place.

Bobby Davis had the top scratch game among the men last week with a 247. Toby Freeman had the best scratch series among the men with a 592.

Melody Gunter had the best scratch game among the women with a 205. Judy Blazek had the best scratch series with a 544.
