The Andalusia Lady Bulldogs travelled to Opp for a high school volleyball match yesterday. The Opp Lady Bobcats won both the varsity and junior varsity matches against Andalusia.

In the varsity match, Andalusia and Opp battled the entire first game with neither team able to take a big lead. The Lady Bobcats eventually won 28-26 to take an early 1-0 lead in the best-three-out-of-five match.

In the second game, Opp had momentum and rode it to a 25-10 win.

The third game was different. Andalusia rebounded from losing the first two games of the match to record a 25-21 win in the third game.

Opp rallied to win the fourth game to win the match. The Lady Bobcats won the final game by a final score of 25-21.

In the fourth game, Andalusia went on top early and had a 3-1 lead before Opp began to rally.

The Lady Bobcats rallied by outscoring Andalusia 10-1 for an 11-4 lead.

Opp remained out in front with a comfortable lead until the Lady Bulldogs mounted a rally. Opp was ahead 23-16 when the Lady Bulldogs scored five consecutive points to get within two points at 23-21.

Opp answered the call with two points to win the game 25-21.

In the junior varsity match, Opp won 25-21, 25-19.
