Elizabeth Norris
Elizabeth Norris, 77, of Andalusia died Saturday, October 4, 2003 at her residence.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2003 at Foreman Funeral Home with Rev. Douglas Golden officiating. Burial followed in Carolina Cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters, Gail Norris and Dorothy Chavers of Andalusia; two sons, Clarence Norris and Clive Norris of Andalusia; two grandchildren, Yancy Chavers and Joshua Norris; two sisters, Sybil Cooper and Sara Norris of Panama City, Fla.; one brother Robert D. Kilpatrick of Pensacola, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her husband Corrie W. Norris.
Pallbearers were Curtis Norris, Myron Nelson, George Norris, Claude Cooper, Bobby Wilcox and Larry Chavers.
Ronnie LaWayne Ramer
Ronnie LaWayne Ramer, 32, of Andalusia died Saturday, October 4, 2003 in a Dothan hospital.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2003 at Foreman Funeral Home with Rev. John White officiating. Burial followed in Carolina Cemetery.
He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Ramer of Andalusia; one brother, Michael Dayton Forehand of River Falls; two sisters, Chrissy Ramer and Melissa Ramer of Andalusia; maternal grandmother, Cathleen Ramer of Andalusia; a number of nieces and nephews; two uncles, Irvin Ramer of Andalusia; Woodrow Ramer of Polktown, N.C.; two aunts, Frances Rawls of Andalusia, Glenda Bess of Paxton, Fla.
Gladys Duke
Gladys Duke, 88, of Dozier died Monday, October 6, 2003 in an Opp hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2003 at Foreman Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Alan Cassady officiating and burial in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Foreman Funeral Home.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, H. Wayne and Phyllis Duke of Andalusia; a daughter and son-in-law, Sharlene Duke-Davis and Danny Davis of Dozier; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial to Wiregrass Hospice.
Cecil Neese
Cecil Neese, 81, of Andalusia died Sunday, October 5, 2003 in a Montgomery hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2003 at Foreman Funeral Home chapel with burial following in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Foreman Funeral Home.
Survivors include his daughters, Patricia Neese Ballard of Montgomery, Linda Neese (Jerry) Hutcheson of Mobile, and Barbara Neese (Don) of Gantt of Gantt; six grandchildren, Debra Dearmon, Donna Shipp, Cynthia Smith, Wendy Ballard, Todd Ballard and Trae Gantt; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, David &uot;Buck&uot; Neese of Andalusia.
