Daisy Paulk Blalock

Daisy Paulk Blalock, 92, died Monday, October 20, 2003 in Pensacola.

She was born and reared in Ariton and lived most of her married life in Opp.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 23, 2003 at the Bethel Assembly of God Church in Ariton. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to services.

Burial will follow in the Ariton City Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include two children, Ellis Ray Paulk Jr. of West Palm Beach, Fla., Charlotte Hatcher of Pace, Fla.; many grandchildren; one sister, Anne Lucille Young of Ozark.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edward Metcalf and Lillar Bama Wilks Metcalf; her first husband, Ellis Paulk; her second husband Edgar Blalock; her brother, Oyer Metcalf; a sister, Elie Jacobs.
