AMS Bulldogs win Enterprise tourney

The Andalusia Middle School 8th-grade boys' basketball team went undefeated at the Enterprise Tournament last week to win the event.
Andalusia players Michael Berry and Sean Cowan were named to the All-Tournament team.
The Bulldogs began the tournament with a 54-41 win against Roulhac from Chipley, Fla.
In the second game of the tournament, the Bulldogs topped Geneva County by a final score of 50-22.
Berry and Cowan paced the Bulldogs with 14 points each in the win. Terrell Curry scored 8 points in the win. Martin Watson and Sam Johnson scored 6 points each. Ryan Godwin scored two points for the Bulldogs.
The win sent the Bulldogs up against the D.A. Smith Middle School team from Ozark.
The Bulldogs won by a final score of 48-38 with Nico Johnson scoring 22 points. Berry added 15 points. Curry hit for 9 points. Watson scored two points.
In the final game, the Bulldogs defeated Dauphin Street Middle School by a final score of 56-33.
Nico Johnson scored 16 points in the win. Curry added 12 points. Cowan had 6 points.
Michael Ward scored 4 points. Watson had 3 points. Bilyon Jones, Jamie Busch and Jarvis Johnson scored 2 points each in the championship game.
