The Enterprise Wildcats are in the championship game of the 37th annual Andalusia High School Invitational Basketball Tournament after a 10-point win against the Opp Bobcats last night.

Enterprise used a run in the second quarter to gain a 9-point lead and held on in the second half for the win.

The game was close after one quarter with Enterprise on top 11-10.

In the second quarter, Opp fell further behind the Wildcats.

Enterprise outscored Opp 15-7 to claim a 26-17 lead at the halftime intermission.

The Wildcats outscored Opp again in the third period. The Bobcats managed 9 points to the Wildcats' 13.

Enterprise was on top 39-26 going into the final quarter.

The Wildcats held on in the final stanza en route to a 57-47 win and a date with the Elba Tigers in the championship game of the tournament. The championship game is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. tonight at Andalusia High School.

The Opp Bobcats will face the Andalusia Bulldogs in the consolation game at 6 p.m.

Chris Crouch paced the Wildcats with 17 points in the win against Opp.

Dehonis Williams added 16 for the Wildcats. Raven Gray had 11 points. Ryan Mann had 8 points.

Also scoring for Enterprise were Ian Williams and Travis Phillips.

Mariel Mount had 13 points for Opp. Emmanuel Lane scored 12 points.

Daniel Coleman hit for 9 points. Alphonso Harris scored 8 points. Tyrell Hunter scored 5 points.
