Rufus Jasper &uot;Buddy&uot; Griggs, 55, of the Carolina community, died Wednesday, December 3, 2003 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 6, 2003 at 11 a.m. from Foreman Funeral Home with burial in New Home Baptist Church Cemetery in River Falls and with Rev. James Elmore officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Harris of Andalusia; four sons, Walter Griggs, Lavon Ziglar, James Griggs, all of Andalusia and Timothy Griggs of Georgia; one daughter, Ruby Tubberville of Andalusia; six grandchildren; his father,

Jack Griggs of Andalusia; a sister, Joanne Davis of Crestview, Fla.; and a brother, Arthur Joe Griggs of Andalusia.

Pallbearers will be Shawn Hughes, Jeffery Anderson, Marvin Kelley, Tom Findley, Macon Woodard, Rick Long, Joseph Berry, doug Kimmons, Frankie Berry and Ricky Barnes.

Sue Bowdoin

Sue Bowdoin, 65, of Andalusia, died Thursday, December 4, 2003 at her residence.

Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced later by Keahey Funeral Home.

Annette Pettus Holloway

Annette Pettus Holloway, 31, of Andalusia died Wednesday, December 3, 2003.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2003 from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Cotter officiating with burial following in Babbie Baptist Church Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Holloway of Andalusia, her sons, Josh Pettus and Tyler Holloway; daughter, Amber Holloway; her parents, Paul and Shelby Pettus of Andalusia; sister, Stephanie (Todd) Cooley of Mobile; her brothers, Jonathan (Luanna) Pettus of Brazil, Ind.; and Christopher (Kelly) Pettus of Andalusia; nieces and nephews, Justin, Mason, Summer, Jessica, Little, Jonathan, K.G., Joe, Brianna and Shane.
