Eloise Stallworth

Sis. Eloise Stallworth was born November 6, 1924 to the late Mary E. Burch and later adopted by the late Oscar & Ella Davis. Three brothers, Clarence Davis, Johnny Davis and Clifton Davis preceded her in death. She exchanged her earthly life for eternity on Sunday, January 11, 2004 at the Andalusia Regional Hospital. She confessed to Jesus Christ at an early age and was a member of First Baptist Church where she remained a member until her death.

She united in holy matrimony to Charlie Stallworth Jr. This union was blessed with 11 children. Charlie Jr., Jerry and Bobby Stallworth preceded her in death. Her life and precious memories will forever be cherished by Mary Jean Johnson (Sonnie), deceased, Murlene Leslie, Andalusia; Margarette Toney, Birmingham; James (Glenda) Stallworth, Billy Joe (Felicia) Stallworth, Andalusia; John Stallworth, San Antonio, Texas; Sylvia Ann (Willie) Brundidge, River Falls; Minister Kenneth (Janice) Stallworth, Andalusia; three Godchildren, Leland (Kathy) Enzor, Jr., Andalusia, Rhett (Lori) Enzor, Birmingham, Phala Enzor, Panama City Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Annie Bell Mims, Shirley (James) Simmons, Andalusia; three brothers, Joe (Lesley) Dickens, Houston, Texas; Dr. William (Brenda) Robinson, Willow Grove, Pa.; John (Mirian) Robinson, Newport News, Va., two aunts, Billie Brokenbough, Calif.; Lillian Evans, Calif. One uncle, Rev. Woodrow Burch, Vineland, N.J., 25 grandchildren, two preceded her in death, Diana Johnson and Joseph Patton; 41 great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

We the family of the late Mrs. Eloise Stallworth, would like to express our gratitude and thanks to the many friends and loved ones who showed their love during our time of bereavement. Your thoughtfulness and kindness will not be forgotten; and special thanks to Dr. Millard McWhoter III, Dr. Tim Day, Dr. David McCalman, ICU Unit, emergency room, and second floor nurses. may the Lord God bless you and keep you in our prayers.

Alta Nelson

Alta Nelson, 94, of Andalusia died Friday, January 30, 2004 in the Andalusia Hospital.

Graveside Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 1, 2004 at the Elam Cemetery in Tallassee. Rev. Kevin Bond officiated the services and Keahey Funeral Home directed

Survivors include her son, Jimmy Joe Nelson of Texas; nieces, Marie Coursey of Gantt, Sara McClellan; several great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Nelson and a sister, Lou Ellen McClellan.

Sarah Lois Bolding

Sarah Lois Bolding, 76, of Red Level, died January 30, 2004 in Ft. lauderdale, Fla.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at 11 a.m. at Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Curtis Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairmount Cemetery.

Survivors include three sons, Gerald W. Kilpatrick of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Thomas James (Patricia) Kilpatrick of Pensacola, Fla., Kenneth Tyson (Daun Anne) Kilpatrick of Ft. Lauderdale; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lorene DeMoss of Red Level and Dolly Williams of Pensacola.

The body will lie in state at Foreman Funeral Home until the time of services.
