A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident at Ruby Tuesday Restaurant when damage, valued at $2,000, to a 2002 Cadillac Deville was reported.

A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident at Wal-Mart when damage, valued at $500, was reported to a 1995 Oldsmobile was reported.

January 14

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on East Parmer Street when damage, valued at $300, to a door was reported.

A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Grayson Street when electronics, valued at $225, were reported stolen.

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Willow Lane.

January 15

A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, on Thames Street when property, valued at $2,226, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed for recovered stolen property on Thames Street.

A complaint was filed for giving a false name to a law enforcement officer on Church Street.

A complaint was filed for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct on Cedar Street.

A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, on Overlook Road when a 1992 Oldsmobile Ciera, valued at $3,000, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Crosby Lane when electronics, valued at $60, were reported stolen.

A complaint was filed for harassing communications on Government Street.

A complaint was filed for harassing communications of Bell Street.

A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, at Perdue Village when damage, valued at $150, to a tire was reported.

A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Few Street when damage, valued at $400, to the hood of a vehicle was reported.

A complaint was filed for assault, second degree, at CBC Lounge.

A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Gamble Road.

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Aztec Road.

A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Luverne Highway.

A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Bolling Street.

A complaint was filed for a minor in consumption of alcohol on Thames Street.

A complaint was filed for theft of property on Willow Lane when two video tapes were stolen and later recovered.

January 19

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Harrison Street.

A complaint was filed for disorderly conduct on East Perdue Street.

Patrick Peagler, 41, was arrested for failure to appear for switched car tag and two counts of failure to appear for diving while license suspended.

January 14

Marci Diann Perdue, 34, was arrested for theft of property, third degree.

January 15

Andrew Oneal Lowery, 39, was arrested for giving a false name to a law enforcement officer, failure to appear for theft of property, third degree, failure to appear for public intoxication and failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Danny Joe Pissott, 46, was arrested for driving under the influence, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

January 16

Larry Reshod Perdue, 22, was arrested for burglary, third degree.

January 18

Micheal Darron Simpson, 20, was arrested for a minor in consumption of alcohol.

Elbert James Smith, 41, was arrested for theft of property, third degree.

Charles Mathew Sexton, 29, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree.

Latora Lataye Lee, 19, was arrested for theft of property, third degree.
