The following reports of complaints and arrest were filed by deputies of the Crenshaw County Sheriff#039;s Office during the period of Dec. 3 through Dec. 17:

Dec. 3

– Jessica Killingsworth, 22, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

Dec. 7

– Lonnie Mitchell, 61, was arrested and charged with harassment.

– LeVaughn Lowery, 56, was arrested and charged with two counts of negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

Dec. 8

– C.B. Boggan, 74, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

– A report was filed for criminal mischief after a door valued at $70 was reported damaged on Sexton Bridge Road.

– Linda Diane Jenkins, 35, was arrested and charged with giving false information to a peace officer.

Dec. 9

– Heather Renee Smith, 21, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

Dec. 10

– William D. Fincher, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, second degree.

– A report of criminal mischief was filed after damage to a street light and gas tank was reported on Blackmon Road in Brantley.

Dec. 11

– A report was filed for theft of property after gasoline valued at $15 was reported stolen from the Highland Home Amoco.

n Ronnie Louis May, 50, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Dec. 12

– A report was filed for criminal mischief after damage to a vehicle tire valued at $40 was reported on Osbourne Road in Highland Home.

– James Gipson, 43, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

– A report was filed for harassment on Otis Faulk Road in Honoraville.

Dec. 13

– A report was filed for criminal mischief after damage to a passenger side door window valued at $200 was reported on Hwy. 10 in Rutledge.

Dec. 15

– William Earl Kelley, 42, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support.

– A report was filed for criminal mischief after damage to a 10-year-old beagle valued at $500 was reported on Bailey Lake Road in Brantley.

Dec. 16

– Richard Lamar Pate, 22, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

– Billy Charles Holloway Jr., 20, was arrested and charged with sodomy, second degree.

– Leon Faulk, Jr., 23, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

– Candie Lee Faulk, 24, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Dec. 17

– Johnnie James Archie III, 24, was arrested and charged with theft of property and for fugitive warrants.

– Cody Keith Garland, 21, was arrested and charged with fugitive warrants.

– Rhonda V. Thomas, 31, was arrested and charged with two counts of negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.
