Ponytail, Angels announce All-Stars

Katie Wilson was named the Gators most valuable player in the Greenville Dixie Ponytail League after leading her team to a perfect season.
Sarah Roper was given the sportsmanship award.
Karli Boulware earned MVP honors on the Pirates team, while Anna Wood was given the sportsmanship award.
Courtnee Meyers was named MVP of the Slammers, while Anne Blake Langford was tabbed with the sportsmanship award.
The Ponytails will advance to the district tournament at the Troy Sportsplex to begin play on July 1.
Grace Cason and Adrianne Callen will share most valuable player honors for the Warriors of the Dixie Angel League.
Alexandra Courtney was given the sportsmanship award for the Warriors.
Niaya Johnson earned MVP honors for the Panthers, while Kirsten Jordan was given the sportsmanship award.
Daphne Moore was named MVP of the Heat, while Bethany Nolan was tabbed with the sportsmanship award.
Cole Benson received MVP honors for the Gators, and Haley Williams was awarded the sportsmanship award.
Twelve players make up the Greenville All-Star team. It will begin sub-district play June 23 in Greenville.
