celebrates homecoming

Festivities for Crenshaw Christian’s Homecoming 2005 will begin Thursday night, Oct. 20 at 6 p.m. with the SGA sponsored Tailgate Pizza Party.

The Pep Rally Under the Lights will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the Cougarette, Pee Wee, J.V. and Varsity cheerleaders as well as the dance team performing.

The celebration will continue Friday, Oct. 21 with the 1 p.m. assembly presenting the Homecoming Queen and her court, while also recognizing and honoring the returning classes of ‘76, ‘81, ‘86, and ‘96.

Following the assembly and pep rally, an Alumni Tea, hosted by the 2006 Senior Class will be held in the CCA library.

Prior to the game, the Alumni choir will sing the National Anthem before the 7:30 p.m. kickoff between the CCA Cougars and the SMCA Raiders.

The presentation of the Homecoming Queen and her court will be at halftime.
