In an emotional game that saw two players ejected in the fifth inning, the Braves came from behind scoring five runs in the last inning to defeat the Nationals, 10-9 in Dixie Boys play.

Daniel Frazier got it started in the first for the Nationals smacking a double, stealing a base and later scored. Jared Edge and Stewart Moody also scored in the first to give the Nationals a 3-0 lead.

The Braves struck back in the second scoring three after Cordez Peagler and Matthew Burkett reached on walks and later scored on Rush Nimmer's double to even the score, but the Nationals cranked out three more in the second as Kevin Taylor and Hunter Harrell singled and scored and Frazier doubled and scored again.

The Nationals scored three more in the third to take a 9-3 lead, but the Braves capitalized on seven walks in the late innings to go along with a double by Thomas Nolan and singles by Nimmer and Daniel Nolan to plate seven runs and chalk up the win.

Yankees 8, Red Sox 7

The Yankees showed some come from behind power too scoring five runs in the last inning to nip the Red Sox, 8-7. Josh Ray led the late-inning charge doubling in Tim Hawkins and Nick Davis, who had reached base on errors.

Jonathan Scott, Dustin Till and Todd Burkett led the charge for the Red Sox, each scoring twice after reaching base.

Yankees 5, Braves 4

The Yankees scattered 10 hits and Daniel Nolan struck out nine to lead the Yankees to a 5-4 win over the Braves. Thomas Nolan had the hot bat for the Yankees going two for two with a single, double and a walk.

Steven Lee led the Braves with two singles, two walks and scored a run. Paul Whigham also singled and scored a run and walked and scored.

Nationals 3, Red Sox 2

It was a solid defensive effort as the Nationals scored runs in the first, third and fourth innings then held on in the last inning to defeat the Red Sox, 3-2. Brendan Missildine and Cody House combined to strike out nine with House ending the game on a strikeout with a runner on base.
