Junior Miss tea slated for July 30

Calling all senior girls of 2007: the 2007 Butler County Junior Miss Program is scheduled for September 16, at the Greenville High School Auditorium.

The classical theme this year: &uot;From Greece.&uot;

Anyone interested in learning more about preparation for the program and the scholarship opportunities it provides, is encouraged to attend a Junior Miss Tea slated for 2 p.m. Sunday, July 30 at the Greenville Depot downtown.

&uot;We invite you and your parents to attend the tea. It is very important those planning to be a part of the 2007 Junior Miss Program be at this event. We will be discussing all aspects of the program,&uot; Sabrina Reynolds, BCJM publicity chairman, said.

The program, sponsored annually by the Camellia City Junior Woman’s Club, is open to all incoming senior girls who live in Butler County (even if they attend high school elsewhere).

&uot;We are looking forward to a great day on July 30 and a great event in September. We look forward to meeting and working with all the girls,&uot; Reynolds said.
