McInvale, Marta wed November 11

Mr. and Mrs. James Phillip McInvale of Greenville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley Leigh McInvale, to Timothy John Marta, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Anthone Marta.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Wylene McInvale and the late James McInvale, and Margaret Mathis and the late Johnny Lamar Mathis.
She graduated from Crenshaw Christian Academy in 2002.
After joining the Alabama National Guard that same year, Miss McInvale underwent training and was deployed to Iraq in November 2004, where she served for one year.
She is currently serving as a recruiter for the National Guard in the Birmingham area.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Tom
and Barbara Berton and the late Emil John and Lois Marta.
He graduated from Neenah High School in Neenah, Wisconsin in 2004.
Mr. Marta joined the Army Reserve in 2002 and studied history in college for two years.
He is currently completing drill sergeant school in Fort Benning, Ga.
The wedding is set for 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2006, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Georgiana.
Family and friends are welcome to attend.
