A local business catering to beauty and wellness will be in the spotlight this Thursday night. Bella Salon and Spa, located in downtown Greenville, is hosting the latest Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce “After Hours” event tomorrow from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
A variety of hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be offered and those who register have a chance to win an array of valuable door prizes.
Bella, owned by Cheryl Gates, is located inside the same building as Gates' upscale children's boutique, Prissy Britches.
Thursday night's event will give attendees the chance to see the newly remodeled facility, now offering complete family hair styling, along with refreshing spa services and licensed massage therapy to both relax and invigorate the customer.
Bella's staff - Kina Brooks, licensed managing cosmetologist, LaShunda Warren, licensed managing manicurist and Glenda Black-Prevo, nationally certified massage therapist - will be on hand to meet and greet After Hours attendees.
Gates said her salon and spa can take care of you “from head to toe,” offering everything from cuts, color and perms, to a variety of therapeutic massage techniques along with complete pedicures and manicures, from acrylics to traditional manicures.
The salon is open five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday with salon services offered by appointment.

“We hope lots of people will turn out and join us for a great evening and a great opportunity to meet our staff and see all we have to offer,” Gates said.
