Joy McNeil McLaughlin and Marvin Buck Gorum announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lacey Nicole Gorum, to Daniel Heath Hilburn, the son of Connie Ruth Thompson and Ronald Wayne Hilburn.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of June Beverly, Charles Covan and the late James Clifford McNiel, Ruby Gorum and the late Charles Newton Gorum.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Mack Thompson, the late Thelma Radford and the late Adrian Darrell Hilburn.

The wedding will take place at the First United Methodist Church in Georgiana at 2 p.m. April 14, 2007. While invitations have been sent, all family and friends are welcome to attend.
