Pardue, Strickland III to wed on April 14

Mr. and Mrs. J. Craig Pardue of Selma announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Ann, to John James Strickland III, son of Mr. and Mrs. John James Strickland Jr. of Braggs.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William R. Bruner of Marion Junction, Ala. and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Pardue and Joann Pardue, all of Selma.
Miss Pardue is a graduate of Troy University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design, Innovation and Technology.
She was also affiliated with Kappa Delta Sorority and Alpha Psi Omega Honor Society while at Troy.
The bride-elect is currently employed as a graphic designer for Pardue Custom Signs.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John James Strickland Sr. of Braggs, Henry Heartsill of Fort Deposit and late Judy Cates Heartsill. Mr. Strickland attended Troy University where he was affiliated with Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
He is currently employed with Glovis Alabama.
The wedding will take place at 5 p.m. on April 14, 2007 at St. Peter's Episcopal Outdoor Chapel in Double Churches.
