Newton lifts Camellia Printing to victory

Brady Newton hit a triple and scored in the seventh inning Tuesday to lift Camellia Printing to victory over Crenshaw Flooring, 4-3.
Offensively for Camellia Printing (4-2), Eric Hicks was 2-for-3 with a triple and two runs scored, Curtis Pierce was 2-for-3 with a run scored, Kyle Lee was 3-for-3 and Chris Moore was 2-for-3.
For Crenshaw Flooring (2-1), Wes Robinson was 3-for-3 with a run scored, Jason Maconaco was 1-for-3 with a run scored, Charles Jones was 2-for-3, Demarcus Cardel was 1-for-3 with a run scored and Ollie Scott was 1-for-1.
Camellia Printing will return to action Tuesday as they take on SeJong on field 2 at 8 p.m. Crenshaw Flooring will take on TCB's Corner Caf\u00E9 Tuesday on field 2 at 7 p.m., and then Hwashin at 8 p.m., on field 3.
TCB's Corner Caf\u00E9 22, Hwashin 2
Ryan Duncan, Kevin McGough and Chris Stinson each hit a homerun Tuesday night as TCB's Corner Caf\u00E9 took care of Hwashin in dominating fashion, 22-2.
Charleston Wilson and McGough each had three hits for TCB's (5-0), while James Kelly, Mike Ingram, Bill Conway, Duncan and Stinson each had two.
Steve Kelly Richard Duffell and Luther Shrader each had one hit in the win.
For Hwashin (0-5), Mike Smith, Tyrone Bedgood, Leonard Ackron, Aaron Savage, Demetrius Bedgood and Cordrick Johnson each had a hit while Johnson and Demetrius Bedgood each also each scored a run.
TCB's Corner Caf\u00E9 will return to action Tuesday as they take on Crenshaw Flooring at 7 p.m., on field 2. Hwashin will take on SeJong at 7 p.m., on field 3 and then take on Crenshaw Flooring at 8 p.m., on field 3.
Camellia Printing 18, Hwashin 3
Eric Hicks, Curtis Pierce, Zack Chaves and Brady Newton had three hits apiece Tuesday as Camellia Printing earned the second win of the night with an 18-3 decision over Hwashin.
Pierce, Chaves, and Newton each scored three runs while Kyle Lee, Eric Burkett, Josh Buder and Hicks each scored two.
For Hwashin, Aaron Savage was 2-for-2 with two runs scored and Leonard Ackron was 1-for-2 with a run scored.
Cordrick Johnson, Michael Smith, Demetrius Bedgood and Rual Martinez also each had a hit.
TCB's Corner Caf\u00E9 15, SeJong 3
Team TCB's Corner Caf\u00E9 scored 11 runs in the final three innings Tuesday en route to a 12-run victory over SeJong, 15-3.
Ryan Duncan scored a team-high three runs for TCB's while Charleston Wilson, James Kelly, Kevin McGough, Steve Kelly, Luther Shrader and Bill Conway each scored two runs.
For SeJong (1-4), Herbert Bowens, Carlos Perdue and Rodney Johnson each scattered a hit and scored a run while Kim McMeans and Bruce Crenshaw each had two hits.
SeJong will return to action Tuesday as they take on Hwashin on field 3 at 7 p.m., and Camellia Printing on field 2 at 8 p.m.
Wildcats 26, Cummings Signs 9
The Wildcats held Cummings Signs to no runs in the first two innings and no runs in the final inning Tuesday, which proved to be enough for the victory, 26-9.
Kristy Payne and Melissa Roper each scored a team-high four runs for the Wildcats, Donna Sunnycalb, Kathy Murphy and Laketta Bonner each scored three runs and Kendra Mitchell, R. Crenshaw, Donnetta Crenshaw, S. Roper and Aundrea Anderson each scored two in the win.
For Cummings Signs, Deanna Stinson, Allison Smith, Dawn Vickery, Stephanie Davison, Lynn Adkinson, Joyce Hayes, Christy Smith, Miranda and Dolly each scored a run.
The Wildcats and Cummings Signs will once again face off Tuesday.
