Bethel Methodist Church will hold its annual Memorial Service (Decoration Day) at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2007.

Requirements are: birth certificate, physical or Medicaid screening, blue shot record, proof of income, Social Security numbers of all family members in household, food stamp card and Medicaid card or insurance information.
