Pirates sweep Georgiana games

Tarien Crittenden scored two runs and struck out 11 batters May 17 to lead the Pirates to the Georgiana Parks and Recreation Department victory over the Braves, 12-4
Offensively for the Pirates, Crittenden and Orlando Franks each scored two runs while Geron Feagin, Devin Bonner, Matt Sheffield, Seth Kelley, Jody house, Keonte Gilmore, Richard Boggan and DeCarlos Mitchell each scored one.
For the Braves, Jay Williams, Desmond Williams, Cory Hall and Matt Colvin each scored one run.
The Pirates will take on the Cardinals Thursday at 7 p.m., and the Braves will take on the Cardinals at 6 p.m.
Pirates 12, Cardinals 8
Four players scored two runs apiece May 17 to lead the Pirates to victory over the Cardinals, 12-8.
At the plate for the Pirates, Tarien Crittenden, Geron Feagin, Orlando Franks and Richard Boggan each scored two runs while Jody House, Keonte Gilmore, DeCarlos Mitchell and Jacquez Finklea each scored one.
For the Cardinals, Kyle Compton and Rodney Cheatham each scored two runs while Zack Compton, Rakeem Hugler, Tyler Smith and Areney Peterson each scored.
The Pirates will take on the Cardinals Thursday at 7 p.m., and the Cardinals will also take on the Braves at 6 p.m.
