Cloy Sims Reid, 103, a resident of Montgomery and formerly of Garland, died Monday, September 1, 2008.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 4, from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Terry Heartsill officiating. Burial in Mt. Olive West Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing. Mrs. Reid was preceded in death by her husband, Desmon Thomas Reid, and children, Phyllis Reid, Sudie Jane Skipper and Glenn Reid.

Survivors include: sons, Wayne Reid of Montgomery and Ronald Reid of Kileen, Tex.; sister, Marie Floyd of Sylacauga; six grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until funeral time on Thursday.
