Mildred Graves, 79, passed away in Perry, Ga., on Mon., Sept. 1, 2008.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Sat., Sept. 6, 2008, in Andalusia Memorial Park. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Mrs. Graves was born in Elba and was the daughter of the late John David and Ollie Mae Kelley Thames. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Methodist Church of Andalusia.
Survivors include her daughter, Anita Williams (Dale) of Perry; grandchildren, Ashley Williams and Evan Williams, both of Perry; siblings, Lois Bryan, Florence Baker, Horace Thames, J. D. Thames and Edna Smart.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard A. “Bud” Graves.
