Mrs. Bernice Turner, 90, a resident of McKenzie, died Thurs., Oct. 2, 2008.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Sat., Oct. 4, from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Terry Hartsill officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing.
Mrs. Turner was preceded in death by her husband, Joe D. Turner; son-in-law, Earl Pierce; and grandson, Jodie Turner.
Survivors include her daughters, Mildred Pierce of McKenzie and Edna Mitchell of Ft. Deposit; her son, Daniel Turner of McKenzie; her sister, Lillian Bates of Birmingham; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
