Dwight Middlebrooks, 64, of Guntersville passed away on Wed., Dec. 24, 2008, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held today, Sat., Dec. 27, 2008, at 6 p.m. at the Guntersville Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jennifer Riddle and the Rev. Ralph Johnson officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service.
Mr. Middlebrooks is survived by his wife, Julie Maddox Middlebrooks of Guntersville; his son, Jeff (Dianne) Middlebrooks of Decatur; daughter, Deanna (Dan) Roberts of Colorado; brothers, Ronald (Mildred) Middlebrooks of Anderson, Ala.; Bryce (Myra) Middlebrooks of Albertville and Royce (Peggy) Middlebrooks of Guntersville; sister, Joyce (James) Stutts of Decatur; sister-in-law, JoAnn Maddox Wilson of Guntersville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Roy LeVaughn (Pat) Maddox of Canada and Jimmy Ronnie Maddox of Andalusia; four grandchildren, Heather Woods, Brooke Roberts, Allie Beth Roberts and Taleah Elkins and one great grandchild, Caleb Woods.
