The family of the late Ms. Monica Rostick Chambers would like to thank the community of Andalusia for their care and concern during our time of grief. Our dear Monica was taken by surprise; however, her spirit and joy will continue to live throughout our family and those she so touched in many ways.

We can’t begin to list everyone individually; however, we would like to acknowledge all those that comforted our family in our time of sorrow. Monica was a great inspiration to many, internal to our family and external.

Our family would also like to thank specifically, Comfort Care Hospice, Andalusia Regional Hospital, and the church families of First Baptist Church Whatley Street, St. Peter’s Baptist Church and Second Street Church of Christ. Furthermore, our family would like to thank the Oleander and Oleander 2 Clubs, the Class of 1975, the Class of 2009 and the Andalusia chapter of the University of Alabama Alumni Association.

Again, our family expresses deep sincere appreciation to our many family members, friends, co-workers and church family for the many acts of kindness shown during our time of need. It is our sincere prayer that God continue to bless each of you.
