Walter Glenn DeLoach, 92, entered into rest Jan. 4, 2009, in Thomasville, Ga. Funeral services were held Thursday at Foreman Funeral Home, with burial at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. DeLoach was a native of Crenshaw County, having lived in Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., from 1948 until 1977 when he moved to Tallahassee, Fla.
He is survived by two daughters, Patricia (Larry) Godwin of Slidell, La. and Lucy (Otis) Smith of Tallahassee, Fla.; two grandchildren, Laura (John) Godwin Lykins and Kimberly Brooke Smith; three great-grandchildren, Sarah Grace Lykins, Mary Catherine Lykins and Jenny Caroline Lykins.
Mr. DeLoach was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Grace Reeves DeLoach.
