Mr. Edd Goodson, 82, of Randleman, N.C., formerly of Andalusia, died Sun., Jan. 18, 2009, in Charlotte, N.C.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at the Harmony Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Greg Cotter will officiate the services.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Hollis Kelley Sr. of Franklin, Tenn.; one son, Steve Goodson, and his partner, Carlos Mendez of Charlotte, N.C.; his grandchildren, Hollis Kelley Jr. of Glenwood Springs, Colo. and Chris Kelley of Memphis, Tenn.; his great-grandchildren, Savanah, Jonah, Elijah and Maddox Kelly; and his brother, the Rev. William Goodson of Andalusia.
Mr. Goodson is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Goodson.
