Martha McCart, 54, a resident of the Damascus Community near Florala, passed away Sun., Feb. 28, 2009, in an Andalusia health care facility. She was born in Covington County, the daughter of the late Jeff McCart and Zay Malloy McCart and was a life-long resident of this area
Survivors are an aunt, Grace Lewis of Florala and her caregiver, a cousin, Ricky Lewis of Florala. Several other cousins also survive.
Memorialization by cremation with interment in the Union Lewis Cemetery in Covington County will be held Sun., March 8, at 3 p.m.
