Mr. Jay M. Rowland Jr. died Thurs., May 21, 2009, in a local hospital. Graveside servives will be 9:30 a.m. today, Sat., May 23, at Goodhope Cemetery with Elder Wesley Little officiating. Interment will follow services with Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Rowland is survived by a son, Jay M. Rowland III and wife, Sandra K.; three grandchildren, Debra Rowland in Germany, Rhonda Rowland in Wisconsin, Dale Rowland in St. Louis, Mo.; brothers, Eckel W. Rowland in Van Buren, Ark., and Joseph Edward Rowland in Alto, Ga.
