Aubrey Wilson Odom, 83, of Red Level, died Sat., Aug. 22, 2009, in a Birmingham hospital. Funeral services were held Mon., Aug. 24, at Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Drexal Copeland and the Rev. Billie Boles officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Mr. Odom is survived by his wife, Erva Ree Odom of Red Level; son, Marvin (Diane) Odom of Red Level; daughter, Hilda (Jackie) Hall of Troy; step-daughters, Susan (Ben) Pynes of Luverne and Diane Childs of Troy; step-son, Wendell (Patricia) Wells of Troy; 11 grandchildren; four great- grandchildren; sisters Jewel (Elbert) Craig of Red Level and Carrie Yancey of Greenville; and brother, Bill (Wanda) Odom of Maryville, Tenn.
Pallbearers were Andrew Odom, Mark Odom, Ben Sims, Jamey Licsko, Tony Swindall, Matthew Childs and Mark Pynes.
