Tommy Elmore

Tommy Harold Elmore, 57, of Andalusia and formerly of Opp, passed away Sept. 12, 2009, at the Andalusia hospital. He was the owner of T& Utilities, loved hunting and fishing, and loved Alabama football.
Funeral services were held Sept. 15, 2009, at Wyatt Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Elmore and the Rev. Frankie McVay officiating. Special music, including, “Precious Memories,” “When I Get to Heaven,” and “Just a Closer Walk with Thee” was presented. Burial followed in the Beulah Cemetery with Wyatt Funeral Home directing the services.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Elmore.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Elmore of Andalusia; a son, Perry (Susan) Elmore; a daughter, Stacey (Doug) Hutto; his mother, Billie Elmore of Opp; sisters, Ann (Rickey) Kennett of Andalusia and Lynn (Lamar) Partain of Houston, Texas; and six grandchildren, Ashley Elmore, Bridgett Hutto, Cindy Hutto, Mindy Hutto, Cierra Elmore and Brayden Elmore.
Pallbearers were Shane Harrison, Cody Taylor, David Norris, Justin Kennett, Clay Kennett and Jonathon Pate.
