Mr. Jack R. Clark, 78, of the Straughn community, died Sat., Oct. 17, 2009, at his residence.
Funeral services were held Tues., Oct. 20, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Funches officiating. Burial followed in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Tim Williams of Andalusia; his granddaughter, Emily Williams; a step-grandson, Dustin Williams; and one sister, Corene Kelley of Hagerstown, Md.
Mr. Clark is preceded in death by his wife, Ada Sue Clark.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Gibson, Andy Gibson, Kenneth Johnson, Kyle Meeks, Richard Kelley and Dustin Williams.
