Today, The Andalusia Star-News is launching two daily email products.

The first delivers the top headlines of the day to readers’ email “in” boxes. This email will go to registered users of our Web site, as well as to others in the community whose email addresses we’ve collected. It should hit readers’ “in” boxes at about 5 a.m. each day that we publish, Tuesday through Saturday, and when we have breaking news.

The second delivers daily lunch specials, and should arrive about 10 a.m., the time most of us start making lunch plans.
