The couple believed to be responsible for a string of recent bank robberies in Florala, East Brewton and Flomaton is now in custody.

Florala Chief Sonny Bedsole said a tip called into the Florala Police Department Thursday afternoon has resulted in their arrest.

Bedsole said FBI agents located the couple in a Destin motel Thursday night.
