Once, twice, three times a donor – Thursday, Vanessa Nelson, a horticulturist for the city of Andalusia, made her third donation to Locks of Love. Nelson, shown with Salon Utopia’s Tara Bulger, had 14 inches of hair cut for the public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
