Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Thurs., May 13, 2010:

• Joseph Ray Smith III, for first-degree theft of property and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Robin D. Spenard, 45, for unlawful breaking of a motor vehicle and third-degree theft of property and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Kirk D. Spenard, 43, for unlawful breaking of a motor vehicle and third-degree theft of property and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Devon Dray Vaughn, 22, for sexual abuse of a child under 12 and held on a $10,000 bond.
