• Frankie Lee Owens Jr., 30, on a municipal court order and held without bond.

• Melissa Seagle, 36, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Charles B. McCarty, 18, for second-degree possession of marijuana and second-degree possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Joshua Bryan Maddox, 18, for second-degree possession of marijuana and second-degree possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Johnny Greens, 35, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Christopher Michael Odom, 36, for third-degree domestic violence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $16,000 bond.

• Kimberly Cross, 29, for third-degree domestic violence/harassment and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Robert Rush, 60, for reckless endangerment and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Lancelot Ross, 22, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Jason L. Cooper, 30, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.
