Mary Lou Bass of Andalusia is pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Vicki Armstrong Mullen of Andalusia, to Scott Martin Haggard of Florala, son of Bernard and Lanorah Martin, also of Florala.
The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Martin Armstrong of Andalusia and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Powell of Georgiana and the late Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Armstrong of McKenzie.
She is a graduate of McKenzie High School and is employed with Covington County Schools.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Bowden of Opp and the late Mr. and Mrs. Warren Martin of Florala.
He is a graduate of Florala High School and is employed with Edgar Trucking.
The wedding is scheduled for 2 p.m., June 5, 2010, at New Hope Baptist Church, located on Hwy. 331 south towards Florala on New Hope Road in Opp.
