Dooley, Ward qualify for BOE

Two incumbents and two newcomers have qualified to stand for election to the Andalusia Board of Education.
Current board members Joe Nix and David Bryant have qualified for reelection and as of Friday had no opposition. In the District 5 seat, Mark Dooley and Teresa Ward have qualified for election. LeeAnn Riley currently holds the District 5 seat.
Qualifying ends at 5 p.m. this Tues., July 20.
