• John Curtis Davis, 25, for capital murder and held without bond.

• Deborah Stone, 57, for driving under influence and held on $7,500 bond.

• David M. Wyatt, 47, for driving under influence and held on $7,500 bond.

• Bobby Joe Lee, 25, for reckless endangerment, harassment, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication and held on $3,000 bond.
