• Randall David Dean, 25, for harassing communications and held on a $500 bond.

• Jonathan Mullins, 25, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $100,000 bond.

• Otto Henderson, 27, for the attempted distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $100,000 bond.

• John Douglas Womack, 25, for attempted distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $100,000 bond.
