Sheriff Dennis Meeks reported $4,950 in contributions and $5,248 in expenses on the 45-day campaign finance report filed this week.

His opponent, John Davis, a Republican, did not a file a report with the Covington County probate judge’s office.

Meeks, who is seeking a second term in office, received contributions of $500 or more from:
