On Fri., Sept. 21, my dog was attached by a neighbor’s dog on Faircloth Street.

When I tried to save my dog, I was knocked down.

The other dog was on top of me biting my shoulder when a passing car stopped.

A man got the dog away from me and my pet.

His wife came running to help, too.

I do not know who they are, but I would like to thank them.

They are my heroes!

They protected my dog and me when we were helpless.

Getting their help fast saved us from more serious injury.
