At least two groups of area churches will be sponsoring “trunk or treat” events Halloween weekend.

On Sat., Oct. 30, Lockhart and Florala area churches will be host booths at the “Halloween in the Park” event set in Lockhart’s Longleaf Memorial Park from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

On Sunday, Opp’s Westview Baptist Church will host “Trunk or Treat” from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. the church parking lot.

All are invited to attend.
