Jacobs, Rolling to wed

Mr. and Mrs. Rick Jacobs of Wing are pleased to announce the engagement and marriage of their daughter, Amy Kathryn, to Heath Wesley Rolling of Andalusia.

The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cotton of Wing and the paternal granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Jacobs of Andalusia.

She is a 2005 graduate of Pleasant Home School and is currently enrolled at Troy University where she is pursuing a degree in elementary education. She is interning at Andalusia Elementary School and will graduate in December.

The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rolling and Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Lawson, all of Andalusia.

He is the grandson of Mrs. Mary Creel and the late Mr. William Creel of Opp. He is also the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Rolling of Andalusia.

He is a 2005 graduate of Pleasant Home School. He has been employed with Diamond Offshore Drilling Company since 2006.

The wedding is set for Sat., Nov. 13, 2010, at Carolina Baptist Church at 4:15 in the afternoon. A reception will follow at the Farmer’s Market.
