Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Wed., Nov. 3, 2010:

• Lee Wallace, 42, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Letha Timmons, 55, for seven counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $21,000 bond.

• Jason Baxter, 27, for failure to appear and held without bond.
