MONTGOMERY – Gov.-elect Robert J. Bentley Monday announced the launch of the new transition website, www.govelectbentley.com.

“Alabama deserves a governor who is responsive to the needs of all the people, not just the well connected,” Bentley said. “The Bentley transition website will open this process to our citizens and I invite Alabamians to play a role in this important period between the election and the inauguration on January 17.”

The Web site features a full listing of Bentley transition team members, updated news from the transition office, contact information, as well as an easy-to-use resume depository where those interested in a position within the Bentley Administration may submit their resumes electronically.

“State government belongs to the people of our state,” Bentley continued. “We pledged to build an administration that reflects what is truly great about Alabama and, we are well on our way.”
