Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments

• Patrick Kirkland, 22, for harassing communications and held on a $450 bond.

• Jeremy Flinn, 27, for possession of a controlled substance and second-degree theft of property and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Zhanna Bolling, 22, or possession of a controlled substance and second-degree theft of property and held on a $20,000 bond.
